Game Changes
1. Did you call or email the other manager regarding the date time etc?
2. Did both teams agree to the game change date and time?
3. Games will be considered for postponement only due to bad weather and/or unforeseen
circumstances. Normally these requests will be considered for approval only if they are within 24 hours of game time. The Notice of Game Change form is required for these situations also.

If you do not receive a "Thank you for your submission" page, you may have to re-enter the confirmation number again or an error may be displayed in Red. If you did not receive a copy of your submission, please confirm the email address you entered , then check your junk or spam folder.
