A copy of the form will be automatically emailed to the Governor/Director/ Discipline Coordinators, Association and League Representatives and a copy will be sent to the impacted manager (the email that you provided on the form) The Governor/Director/ Discipline Coordinator will advise and rule on the incident according to Hockey Alberta and NAI Terms of References. The Governor/Director/ Discipline Coordinator will then forward the email thread to with their ruling to the Hockey Alberta Zone Discipline Coordinator, and Association and League Representatives, and the team manager.
Suspended players / officials are not allowed on the bench, in the timekeeper / penalty box or within fifty (50) feet of the player’s benches during the game. In addition team officials are not allowed in or near the dressing room at any time before, during or after the game.
Please ensure that game sheets are properly showing the suspension as it is being served SUSP 1/2, 2/2., etc. and are forwarded to your listed league governor upon completion of each game. Please be advised that participants are not to play in exhibition games while under suspension and they will not be included in games served
The manager must forward the thread confirming that the mentioned player will comply with the decision and not play in the following games(s) - listing the numbers back to the Governor/Director so they can monitor.
